If you have NOT received your order or have received the order but did NOT sign for or personally accept the package, please read the following instructions:

• DO NOT sign for or accept delivery of your package.  Tell your delivery person that you are "REFUSING" the order.

• DO NOT open the package.  If you open the package you must use the return form inside your package to return the order.

• If the package is left at your shipping address without your acknowledgement, return the package to the shipping agent (U.S.P.S., UPS, or FedEx).  Tell them that the package was left at your shipping address and that you did not sign, accept, or open the package.  Tell them that you would like to "REFUSE" the order.  DO NOT OPEN THE PACKAGE.
