WHAT IS A BASAL THERMOMETER?
A Basal Thermometer is designed to measure your normal body or Basal
Temperature. It can determine ovulation or fertility with regular use

recording your basal temperature when you first awaken, you will begin
to notice a pattern of temperature fluctuations in your monthly cycle. A
slight increase in basal temperature is normally an indication of
ovulation or fertility. This allows you to regulate a pattern of
